Riken RMC CP38 silicon carbide emery paper is made for wet and dry sanding; it can be used wet or dry on paint, primer, gel coat, and metal. 


Application of CP38 Waterproof Emery Paper

Waterproof backing supports wet applications for decreased loading and a faster cut. Silicon carbide mineral is our fastest-cutting abrasive for a superior finish. The range of fine grades are from 1500 up to 7000 pursues the most professional results. 320 grit silicon carbide sandpaper is one of the popular products.


Riken RMC CP38 silicon carbide emery paper is designed for sanding applications that require a fine grit and a light touch, such as auto body wet sanding and paint finishing. It combines durable, waterproof C-weight paper backing and our fast-cutting silicon carbide mineral for consistent scratch patterns, making for easier buffing.
