Adjust the speed of the pneumatic grinding machine, reduce the contact time between the sponge sandpaper and the workpiece surface, choose the sponge sandpaper abrasive reasonably, choose the appropriate amount of grinding, inspect the sponge sandpaper to check whether the sand surface is flat, and whether the abrasive is sufficient to support grinding. The operator should strictly follow the process requirements.
